Could you share how we can have access to the Peripheral memory map?

We are specifically looking for the address of WWDT and FLASHCTL, for example.

This information is included in the full MSPM0L13xx datasheet, section 8.7.2.

There is a link on the MSPM0L1304 product folder (https://www.ti.com/product/MSPM0L1304) to request access to the full datasheet.

Hi,

This is listed as NVMNW instead of FlashCtl. It should be updated before official release, but this is the correct base address.
