TMS570LS3137: How to interpret Device ID and relate to Silicon Version

Part Number: TMS570LS3137

Hello,

We are in the process of analyzing the processor errata and noticed that there's one for Sillicon Revision C and one for Revision D.  We wanted to confirm that our processor is one or the other, we saw the DEVID register and thought that it could be used to identify the silicon revision.  But the silicon revision is a letter while the data read from the register seems to be a number.  For our board the register reads 4 for the VERSION field in the DEVID register (802AAD25 for the full register).  Can this be interpreted to be Silicon Revision D.

Thanks!
