Hello.,

when Iam trying to flash an application on tms570ls3137 it is going through an error as follows:

Icepick: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.10.0.00080) 

few days back I worked on the same board, and it flashes successfully but now it build successfully and unable to flash., Gone through the test connection and configuration file everything looks good as follows.,

please help to solve down this issue.

flash setting (erase before build): all flash and ECC protection on.

note:MCU temperature is high after connecting supply and debug probe
