Hi Wesley,

From what I can determine, it isn't supported on the ARM cores since the option is always greyed out. However, it is supported on the C66x core. I'm reassigning this thread to CCS experts to see if my understanding is correct.

Frank is correct. Real-time mode is only available on specific devices (like 28x). ARM cores will have real-time memory access via the DAP but not full real-time mode.
