MSP432E401Y: Ethernet LED configuration

Which mode is preferred to configure Ethernet LED0(pin 61) and LED1 (pin63) sink (LED cathod connected to MSP pin and Anode to VCC)or source (LED cathod connected to GND and Anode to MSP pin). Why? Is there any default configuration?

    Hi,

      The Ethernet LED configuration are by default active high signals. This means when there is an activity the LED will light up. With that said, you can program the LED to active low if you want. I will suggest you connect pin61/63 to the anode of the LED to use the default configuration.
