AM2434: How to add sysconfig to pru_io example

Hello Champs,

Customer wanted to add sample.syscfg to SDK examples\pru_io\empty\firmware\am243x-evm\icssg0-pru0_fw\ti-pru-cgt.

But he met below build error message.
