Customer has standby current limit. So they want to know the highest resistance limit or ADC pin leakage current?

We can't find them from the datasheet. Can you please provide to us?

Hey Andre,

ADC Leakage Current is defined in the datasheet.

Typical = 0.1 µA

Max = 5 µA

The highest resistance will be dependent on the signal conditioning circuit used and ADC S+H configuration as determined by the model.
