Hello,

customer wants to power the C2000 from the XDS but the external supply voltage didn't show up. The voltage measured between TGTSUPPLYOUT and GND is coming only 0.13V even after keeping the configuration to “Probe supplied power”.

Are they using 14-pin connector (or) 20-pin connector? Also, which C2000 device is used?

the use 14-pin connector. C2000 is TMS320F28023.

Has the customer launched the target configuration?

Per debug probe user guide:

The power supply to the target is turned on when a debug or EnergyTrace session is started, and turned off when the session terminates.

I tried this on my end and I can see the 3.3V output.
