AM2732: Is there any reference design for playback of recorded data?

For HIL (playback), DMM can be used in I/O Mode and CSI mode (trace only mode) for development or diagnostic purposes. Will dig in more and update here with more available details.

Can you please check Figure 10-1374 (SPRUIU0B – JANUARY 2022 – REVISED NOVEMBER 2022) . MDO Diagram and let me know if your requirement is like that ? Meaning Data received on CSI RX of AM273x and sent out on LVDS interface of AM273x ?

Or can you please share me high level block diagram ?

Yes, and then play the recorded data back via CSI2, as in following diagram:

What would be the "Chip X" that have LVDS input and CSI2 output to achieve this?

I know FPGA can do the job, but are there other options, low-cost alternatives?

Saw this one, it can take in radar data via LVDS, but it doesn't have CSI2 output. 
So, is FPGA the only way?

What is DMM?

Hi Dao,

DMM is Data Modification Module present in AM273x. Using this module the external data (from peripherals) can be written to internal memory.

Please refer to section 10.8.1 in TRM for more details,

For Chip 'x' you could consider AWR2243 and AWR6243.

AWR2243 and AWR6243 are Radar MMIC, they don't have LVDS input. 
Seems there are no other solution except FPGA.
