TM4C1294KCPDT: Are LED0~2 port outputs Active Low ?

Hi, 

The yellow part of the data sheet below says "Active", but which is output, High or Low?

Since TTL is indicated in the datasheet, is it correct to assume that LED0~2 port outputs are generally Active Low?
