CCS resource explorer, does not allow importing of projects, even after it installs Tivaware packages

Hello,

When I want to import projects from resource explorer, (for tiva-c) CCS pops up a prompt saying: The package needs to be installed locally to import projects. Would you like to install now?

And after I install, the package, it still will not import the project, and will pop up the same prompt. My tivaware is  setup, and I am working with projects involving tiva-c, no problem. I just can't import projects from resource explorer, because it thinks that the tivaware is not installed, even it is.

I believe this is a bug.
