Input current (I/O pins) has 100uA condition, may i know under which condition , PullUp/PullDown could be 100uA?

Most of the I/O pins have 20uA pull up/down but some pins like nPORST, nRST, FlexRay and JTAG pins have 100uA pull up/down.
You can find this information in Pull Type column of pin tables.

I understand your point.
But my understanding is that for nPORST, nRST, FlexRay and JTAG ,these PIN cannot use as IO pins, also 570LS0714 without FlexRay.

Here I/O pins indicates that they are not Analog pins and it doesn't mean GIO pins. nPORST, nRST, FlexRay and JTAG are also comes into IO pins only because they are not analog pins right.
