Hi Karthikeyan,

It is possible. We have not done it for AM263x, but we were able to do the same on the AM243x (execute program from SRAM via GPMC)

Does any development boards supporting external SRAM connected to the mcu via GPMC.

Hi Karthikeyan,

No. We do not have any development board supporting external SRAM connected to the MCU via GPMC at this point. I heard a GPMC daughter card is in development.
