MSPM0G3507: is UART debug possible without XDS110 on mspm0?

Dear all,
I'm currently trying to find how to debeg on MSPM0G3507

I already know as fallow:

- CCS theia

- BSL with XDS110

The MSPM0 Bootloader GUI demo needs XDS110.

now i consider migration stm to mspm0

i am familiar with ST Flash Loader Demonstrator using UART

but it seems like TI doesn't support the way.

Does anyone knows the way ?

if i want to use that way should i make my own program?

We just used UART back channel and NRST pin control the reset in XDS110 to do this work. You can use any other USB to UART tools to do this work and find a way to invoke the device into BSL mode that will work. You can just use UART interface because the device support blank detection(pay attention to 10s timeout feature) and software invoke(need load an application code support it, we do have a demo in SDK).

Hello Gary,
I am using MSPM0G series development board. I invoked BSL mode through onboard switch connected to NRST and BSL switch and trying to give connection command and get device info command through docklight, but i am not getting any response. Is there any other way to connect using UART?

Any help is appreciated

What's the commend do you send?

You must send the connection command first more details you can refer to figure 2-2
