RM46L852: FEE vs F021

Part Number: RM46L852
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: HALCOGEN

Hi,

I want to use the EEPROM emulation flash bank (bank 7) to store data in a non-volatile way.

I don't understand the relationship between bank 7, FEE and F021.
What's the role each system plays ? What is hardware, and what is software?

The code generated by HalCoGen doesn't seem to work without the "Flash API library".
Why is this separated?

The documentation does not provide information about the HalCoGen configuration options like

- What's a block number
- What's a data set
- What's EEP
- What implies "Enable block immediate"

Some clarification would be appreciated.

Best regards,
Gabriel
