TM4C1292NCPDT: unable to measure crystal frequency in TI Launchpad

I tried multiple ways like Passive or differential probes with Math function on MSO but still not able to measure it. 

Can you please scope setting and image of RTC Clock on your own TI launchpad?

Hi,

  I don't have access to a scope right now. I can try tomorrow. I think you want to use a scope with low impedance probe tip. The impedance on the probe may have affected the load capacitance on the XOSC. In any case, you should be able to verify if the XOSC works or not by running the hibernate example. The C:\ti\TivaWare_C_Series-2.2.0.295\examples\boards\ek-tm4c1294xl\hibernate example demonstrates the use of the Hibernation module. The module will be configured for Real-Time Counter (RTC) mode using the 32.768kHz crystal that is installed on the EK-TM4C1294XL LaunchPad. The example will generate a RTC match interrupt every 5 seconds.
