Hello

I've faced some issue during flashing image using UniFlash tool.

I was trying to flash .bin images but after successful loading software just hang. The only input files which were working were .out. But after couple of tries with different .bin images I'm getting following error:

[ERROR] CORTEX_M0P: File Loader: Memory write failed: Could not read 0x200000C4: execution state prevented access

Now I can't load anything regardless of the file format. The same when I'm trying to load/debug in CCS. However I am still able to read memory or verify the image.

Any idea how to fix it, and how to properly load .bin images?

Hi Wojciech,

First, please make sure you are using the UNIFLASH version and other tools versions listed in this post for early samples:

Where did you get the .bin files, and have you changed any of the UNIFLASH settings or is your code modifying NONMAIN?

UniFlash 8.0 fixed that, thanks!

I have compiled .bin files by my custom cmake project, but i've already found the root casue. I were missing 1 linker flag with the .cmd file, so the software was wrong linked.
