While the devices are capable of supporting USB OTG, we do not have that functionality included as part of the LP-AM243 nor do we have example code for OTG with our SDK.
To support USB OTG you'd need to use the USB0 ID as part of the Host Negotiation Protocol. The LaunchPad does not have this pin brought out to the USB connector and the current configuration for USB0 ID is to leave it floating which means that the AM2434 would be operating in device mode for USB 2.0.
