RM57L843: About RM57L843 SRAM uncorrectable ECC errors

Hi, 

As we know, error forcing test "SRAM_ECC_ERROR_FORCING_2BIT" will trigger ESM uncorrectable errors.

But we find three different sram uncorrectable errors defined in RM57L843 data sheet.

Could you please illustrate the difference between them? and how to inject fault seperately for them?
