AM2634-Q1: QSPI flash compatibility

Dear Champs,

My customer is willing to use GD25F128FWAGR QSPI flash memory in their AM2634 custom board and requested to check if it can be used with AM2634.

When I checked the MCU+ SDK UG, I found only below limitation for QSPI boot.

The QSPI interface present in the SOC can support only the 1S-1S-1S mode or the 1S-1S-4S modes for reading from the flash.

Is there anything else to check flash memory compatibility with AM2634?

Are the 1S-1S-1S mode or 1S-1S-4S modes belows and below spec can be used with AM2634?
