LP-AM243: Problem to open url of quick setup of profinet

TI one stop integrated Profinet example will be coming again in MCU PLUS SDK 9.x which is planned for  September 2023. One another option if you need it is we have third parties who enable for Profinet solution on Sitara devices(Like TMG)
