TMS570LS1114: is 570LS1114PGE compatible with RM44L920APGE (both in 144 pin QFP)?

One more main difference you should consider between two devices for application implementation is "endianess".

RM44Lx20 supports little-endian[LE] format.

Where as TMS570LS1114 supports big-endian(BE) format.
