AM2634: Is there any way to debugging Cache Data on Run-time Access?

Hi,

I tried to debug with Trace 32 through the DAP. Currently, I couldn't debug Cache Data on runtime access.

What I found is that AM2634 have the AHB and AXI buses.

But I am not sure exactly that is it possible to runtime access to cache data using AXI bus?

Because I couldn't find AXI bus in the On-Chip Debug section.

Could you let me know can I use AXI Bus? and how to debug cache data at runtime?

Hi YoonJin Kim,

Let me check that and come back at you. With CCS it is possible if you connect to CS_DAP_0 which will show you the debugger view of the memories instead of core view of the same.

Let me check the same for the Lauterbach.

If your memory is cachable the data you see will be cached data only. So have you tried this mode ? Have you tried commands like Data.dump AHB:0x70000000 and Data.dump AXI:0x70000000 ?

Does this help ? Ideally CS-DAP should automatically route you to the appropriate bus.
