MSPM0L1305: MCU locked using UniFlash for programming it

Part Number: MSPM0L1305
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH, MSPM0L1306

Hello I have a problem with some MSPM0L1305 MCUs. I can't debug them anymore using XDS110 debugger and I've locked three of them just programming/debugging it.

I was using UniFlash application to program with XDS110 the MSPM0L1305 MCU mounted on our board design as I usually did in the past two week. Before connecting to the MCU UniFlash shows this message: ”The connected device is preliminary silicon and not supported by this support package. Continue?” However clicking “ok” all the next operations were going well.

Then, some days ago I got a message from UniFlash asking to update XDS110 firmware. After the update, I could correctly connect to the MSPM0L1305 MCU for reading its content, however when I tried to load my .out firmware, I get this window:

The programming doesn’t continue or end and I have to cancel it. At this point, if I exit and enter again UniFlash, I get this error when I try to connect to my MCU:

Since then, any operation I try to do with UniFlash and XDS110 I can’t restore the communication with target MCU. Of course I’ve tried to force the RESET but it still fails. This behaviour happened on three MCUs mounted on our boards.

Please can you help me to restore them and to make my XDS110 debugger communicate with my MSPM0L1305 MCUs?

Thank you.
