I got this trouble on console. What does it mean?

CORTEX_M0P: Trouble Setting Breakpoint with the Action "Remain Halted" at 0x2e6: (Error -1001 @ 0x0) Requested operation is not supported on this device. (Emulation package 9.10.0.00080)
CORTEX_M0P: Breakpoint Manager: Retrying with a AET breakpoint
CORTEX_M0P: Trouble Setting Breakpoint with the Action "Terminate Program Execution" at 0x464: (Error -1066 @ 0x464) Unable to set/clear requested breakpoint. Verify that the breakpoint address is in valid memory. (Emulation package 9.10.0.00080)

Hi Amruta,

There are a few reasons you might see an error like this, but we can narrow down potential causes with a bit more clarification.

Does this occur when you first try to launch a debug session, or when you are trying to add breakpoints during an already running debug session?

Are you using a launchpad or a custom board?

Also, what version of CCS and what version of the SDK are you using?

Hello Brandon,
thank you for your responce.

I am using MSPM0G3507 launch pad, CCS 12.2.0 version and SDK version is 1.00.
This occurs when i try to launch debug session.

The most likely cause here is that you are using the production CCS and SDK versions with Early Sample silicon. If you do not have it already, please request access to the MSPM0 MySecure Software folder here: https://www.ti.com/licreg/docs/swlicexportcontrol.tsp?form_id=329848&prod_no=MSPM0-DESIGN&ref_url=epd_msp_msp

Once access is granted, you will be able to access the Early Sample software versions that post references, and with those installed you should be able to launch a debug session successfully.
