automatic hardware memory initialization?

I want that at startup the complete RAM to be initialized with 0 zero values

According to the TRM the register MINITGCR should be enabled = 0xA and then the corresponding bit should be written in the MSINENA register

The MSINENA is 32 bit width but which bit 0-31 should be set to enable RAM Auto initialization?

I'm using the TMS570LS20216 - Cortex R4 microcontroller

Burim,

The MSINENA register is used to set which memory modules should run the Ram Auto Initialization. You may select the modules based on the table in the data sheet for your device which can be found at http://focus.ti.com/lit/ds/spns141e/spns141e.pdf in section 2.2.5.

Might I also refer you to page 103 in our TRM which can also gives more information about that register.
