I have checked, unfortunately there is no such support at the moment to SPI instances. I have created an internal ticket regarding this, attaching it here for tracking purposes [MCAL-11607] SPI individual instances to support interrupt/polling mode - Texas Instruments JIRA (Please note you cannot open this, it is for TI internal reference)
