MSPM0G3507: MSPM0G 128k flash series's lineup of package

My customers are considering MSPM0G series.

And I have one question.

I think there are some lineup of 64 pin package.

However I cant see these production number in TI store.

When is rerese date of MSPM0G that have 64 pin and 128 kB Flash?
