This is with reference to errata number DEVICE#49 listed in TMS570LC4x Microcontroller Silicon Errata (Silicon Revision B) (Rev. B) (ti.com)
Without enabling MPU, is there a way we can avoid this problem? Other than setting up channel 52 of group 1 of ESM, are there any other impact of this error on the software?

The Group-1 errors can be configurable for ERROR pin behavior
So, by configuring corresponding bit, we can make this error to not influence the ERROR pin, so that Error LED will not trigger
But this will not stop setting the corresponding ESM status flag.
Other than setting up channel 52 of group 1 of ESM, are there any other impact of this error on the software?
No other impacts other than setting group 1 channel52 error bit.
