Can you provide more insight into what is needed here? Is there an example available from another device? I have not heard of a HSIS template before.

Two screenshot below are mcu HSIS template from other vendor for corresponding MCU,FYI

Thanks for sharing, this is equivalent to the Pin Attributes table described in the device datasheet. See the following link for reference.
