TMS570LS3137-EP: IIC in TMS570LS3137EP is not working.

Dear sir/madam,

i am new to ccs tool and HalcoGen.

i am attaching the halco gen snap shots and schematic of custom board.

i have temperature sensor sclk and sda 2 lines and heighted in the schematic(TMS570LS3137) both lines connected to micro controller pins and that pins heighted in schematic

i enable the iic in HAlcoGen and attached snaps

Now i want read the temperature 

i am using ccs  12.2.0 tool.

please guide me to read the temperature.
