AM2434: Unable to set DFU mode for custom AM2434 board

Hi Expert,

We designed custom board with AM2434 controller and followed the steps from

for the SDK and board setup.

With that reference, I am unable to execute "Steps to Install drivers for using SBL DFU."

I have successfully installed dfu in my system. If i execute "dfu-util -l " command, then I am not getting any response from my custom board.

With the same system setup I getting response in EVM board, but not working for custom board.

Even I am unable to detect anything in the device manager of my system.

Also done DFU mode boot setting and connected USB to USB0 port.

Please help me out.
