Apologies for late response and the non-working link page. 

TI has halted any PID/VID assignments for the foreseeable future since a legal issue.

Thank you for the clarifying response, and I apologize for responding so late - I've been on holiday for the past 2 weeks.

For the TM4C we contacted you (TI) directly to acquire PID/VID assignments, is there no method similar for Hercules? This could potentially be a pressing issue for us, as we are looking to acquire them for our new product.
