RM57L843: EMIF Interface

Hi, I have few doubts about EMIF Interface.

If only one memory is connected to RM57L843 or can I use all memory interface successively.

If yes means I am connecting a RTC NVRAM, MRAM and NAND Flash memory to controller so all three memory shares the data lines, WE, OE and address line(expect NAND flash memory) only the chip enable is different.

So here my doubt is if I write a byte of data to MRAM the same data is also send to another memory because of shared lines. Yes here the chip enable is different but all memory draws current from controller or not? or If any other booster is connected between controller and memory is correct or not?

If I connect any other booster. For example if I connect 74LVC16245ADGG_118 in between, is this affect speed of operation of EMIF or not?

The maximum memory size is 16MB for each async CS. You can not use the whole memory range (0x6000_0000 ~ 0x6BFF_FFFF) for one CS.

When CS is HIGH, the data/addr signals of the memory chip is at Hi-Z state, which means it only draws very little current.

Yes, it add some extra propagation delay.

If I use all three asynchronous memory, any booster is connected between memory is advisable or not?

The booster is not required between EMIF and memory.

This is our project schematic. Actually the read and write operation is working, only if the write or read operation is performed step by step process in debug mode. But if I write or read 1000 or 8000 bytes of data in single run the data is not written or read.

Can you try the maximum value of read/write setup, strobe and hold time in CEnCFG register? and can you try a slower EMIF clock (VCLK3)?

Now the Nand flash memory and other memory's are able to read and write. Above discussed problem is only for nand flash memory other memory's are working fine. Now Nand flash memory also able to read and write faster. I added some delay for every Nand flash CMD, ANDDRESS and data write.
