MSPM0L1304: Expected range for TEMP_SENSE0 calibration value

Can you send me the information from the memory section of the Factory Region Registers (0x41C40000 - 41C4007C)? I agree that the value should be around 1876 and 363 is not close enough. When did you get your device?

You can do a single point calibration in the meantime. Take the ADC reading at a known temperature and store that value to use in your calculations.

Using VDDA as reference, and measuring the case temperature at 30 degrees C, I'm seeing an ADC reading of 913 on the temperature sensor.
