Hi team,

We are trying to integrate ADC in our integration branch. when we include ADC related features it will trigger the warning as I mentioned below.

warning #10210-D: creating ".sysmem" section with default size of 0x800; use
the -heap option to change the default size.

Note : We are not using the TI linker file. we have 2MB OCRAM. we included Uart, GPT, SPI, RTM...etc. The issue triggered if we include ADC.

Could you please support to resolve this warning.

Hi Nilabh,

We are not using CCS for development purpose.

we are using MCAL version - MCAL_AM263x_08.06.02

Thanks Vivek, for conforming. I would suggest to mention MCAL SDK in question itself, it helps us in re directing query to appropriate expert. Anyway the query is assigned to MCAL expert. Please expect a response by tomorrow.

Then please post your linker file. Also the warning says the .sysmem is defaulted to 0x800, it is suggesting you that this size can be changed using the -heap option in the linker. If you haven't provided any size for the heap in the linker please specify it as shown in the MCAL linkers.
