TMDSEMU110-U: software like Uniflash for XDS110 that support tms320LF240x

Hi Team, 

Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of the Customer.

"I would like to use tms320LF240x with TMDSEMU110-U XDS110 JTAG Debug Probe but I did not find it in the supported device.

please help with that, Is there other software like Uniflash for XDS110  that support tms320LF240x

My question is about tms320LF240x , xds110 and Uniflash
I revised them very well XDS110 supported device and it should be tms320LF240x one of them but Uniflash doesn't support it"

    Hello,

    F24x is a very old device. No current XDS based debug probe (like XDS110) supports it. As mentioned, no current versions of existing tools (UniFlash or CCS) support it either.

    Probably the most recent XDS based probe that supports it is the now defunct XDS510-class of debug probes. I'm not sure if there are any vendors that sell them these days. It may be possible to find used ones for sale on some online marketplace like ebay.

    Some third parties like Spectrum Digital had 24x flash tools but unfortunately they are no longer in business. I believe the old CCSv3.3 for 24x may have a built in tool for flashing 24x. That version requires a paid license and has very limited support.

    controlSUITE is just a set of target software examples and libraries. It also does not support F24x.

    What is it exactly that you are looking to do? Do you need to work on a legacy project for an existing f24x design and need a way to connect to it to read/write to target memory and also load programs to it?

    Thanks a lot. I had a misconception. I thought that TI C2000 controlSUITE was a haradware. So, I wanted to know if it was possible to load program to TMS320LF240x microcontrollers using TI C2000 controlSUITE. Thanks for the clarification. By the way , you said "F24x is a very old device. A 'not recommended for new designs' note will be fine I think.
