AM2431: Accuracy of external resistance

I am looking at the AM2431 datasheet(SPRSP65F).
I have a question about the DDR0_CAL0 signal in "Table 6-14. DDRSS0 Signal Descriptions (continued)" on page 74.
It is listed as "An external 240 Ω ±1% resistor must be connected between this pin and VSS."
Does the accuracy of the resistor need to be 1% including the temperature coefficient?
Looking at the schematic and bill of materials of the evaluation board (TMDS243EVM), the resistors are 1% accurate, not including the temperature coefficient.
Similarly, Do the resistor accuracies listed in the other datasheets include the temperature coefficient?
For example, the resistors for the USB0_RCALIB signal in "Table 6-85. USB0 Signal Descriptions" on page 106.
