Hi,

I would like the data for the open/short (adjacent pin) test for the TM4C1294KCPDTI3R. Do you have FMEA information for the pins of this device?

    Hi,

      Not really any FMEA document available. But you can do resistance check on the I/O pins to determine if any open/short. You can also set a pin high or low and read back the state of the pin. If the read back state is different from what you set to, then there is a short. But this test can only be used for GPIO pins. There are also non-GPIO pins on the device though.  You can also do boundary scan test on the device.
