Hi,

how can I connect 2 IS42S86400F (each 512mb) to EMIF /CS0?

16bit interface, 8M x 16 x 4 banks SDRAM

2x adr[12:0] and 2x [DQ[15:0]

Should I invert the /CS0 with adr13 to get a second /CS0?

Hi Rene,

It works.

Inverted { (Inverted CS0) AND (EMIF_A13) } --> CS of 2nd SDRAM

Thank you, same as 4 MRAMs and two async /CS posted a long time ago.

The memory size should not be > the actual frame size of EMIF CS

yes, of course.

2x sdram with in total 128MB (2x 64MB)

4x MRAM MR5A16ACMA35 sharing two /CS, each 4MB
