From the datasheet, the maximum value of VIL is 0.3*VDD. How is it measured?

    Hi Shunsuke,

    Maximum value of VIL means that the max input voltage which will be recognized as a low voltage level. If it exceeds the max VIL, and meanwhile it is lower than min VIH, then the input IO data is uncertain, it may be high or low, which is not recommended.
