It seems the commercial library path is missing in your CCS.
Click Windows => Preferences to open Preferences.
You need to add "C:\ti\mcu_plus_sdk_am64x_08_06_00_45\source\commercial\industrial_comms_libs" in the "Product discovery path:" as shown in the below screenshot.
Click Refresh button once the path is added.
