TMDSCNCD263: "CanIf_TriggerTransmit" is Called inside Can Source Code without Precondition Guard checks

Hello Team,

In MCAL_AM263x_08.06.02.01 package, Inside Can Source Code, that is Can_Mcan.c file, line number 676 "CanIf_TriggerTransmit" is called without any without Precondition Guard checks.This should be protected by pre compile switch, If no TriggerTransmit functionality is used, the CanIf will not provide the API.This is causing us compilation error.
