AM263x doesn't suppor this TOG feature, only jacinto and MPU class of devices are supporting this feature but as you asked for the functional description you can check this page 4.8. TOG : Time-Out Gasket — Software Diagnostics Library (SDL) - J721E User Guide

SDL as per the latest SDK is not supporting parity for the SRAM, however it supports for the TCMA.

Are you asking if QSPI IP of the AM263x has a Built-in self test feature? (PBIST) If this is your question, then QSPI IP doesn't support any such PBIST's at the moment.
