MSPM0L1306: Cannot access flash address 0xfff8 to 0xFFFF

Which IDE do you use? Do you get the RTM version device from our ti.com?

I am not using any IDE. When I try to read the memory through uniflash, the last 8 bytes for 64K device are always inaccessible.

Beyond that, should we update reference manual and or SDK accordingly to reflect this limitation? From all other resources, the available address range is still point to 0xFFFF.

Hello Tiger,

I'll review the M0L TRM to see if this makes sense to mention there, but the TRM covers the family at the global scale (released products as well as possible future products.)  This type of device-specific information will always be referred to in the datasheet.  

I'll also send a note to the SW team to confirm this is handled in the device-specific linker file.
