Hello Team,
I would like to clarify if we can use VPAC allocated to one core containing LDC. Can this be accessed with another R5F core as well to do ISP and LDC in parallel?

Hi Nikhil,
The current platform we use is TI TDA4 MidEco (ADC5, Conti).

Hi Sarath,
In the current SDK, VPAC runs on the core MCU2_0 (which is an R5F core)
Hence the ISP, LDC and MSC operations available in the VPAC will be done on this core.
Could you please elaborate on your usecase?

Nikhil
Hi Nikhil,
The use case for us that we would like to have ISP running on one of the R5F core and we would like to have LDC parallel in a different R5F core.
We would like to know if this would be possible? If yes, how could we run VPAC on two different cores.

Hi Sarath,
In the TDA4 MidEco SDK we only support VPAC to run on 1 core (i.e., MCU2_0 - R5F)
However, you could run ISP and LDC in parallel in the same core as they would be running on different targets/ tasks on MCU2_0.

Nikhil
