MSPM0G3507: Having an issue in programming LP-MSPM0G3507 eval board using Code Composer Studio

I am having an issue in programming the below example code into LP_MSPM0G3507 board.

Code example for MSPM0G3507 "gpio_toggle_output_hiz_LP_MSPM0G3507_nortos_ticlang" imported from CCS Projects folder.

Compiling went ok, but programming is failing with the message below. I have attached the project file as well.gpio_toggle_output_hiz_LP_MSPM0G3507_nortos_ticlang.zip

I am new to this micro and Code Composer and not able to figure out what is wrong about this project.

Can you help this? Thanks
