Apologies for the delay, can you please let us know what is the where did you find that the above frequency is being used? The frequency being used in the MCAL is 80MHz as per the example configuration.

Also do you want to change the CAN Operating frequency or the CAN baud rate?

Is there any divider used for the CAN clock? or this is directly the clock input?

Ah okay then, you want to change the baud rates to 500000/2000000 instead of existing values. 

Please use these EB configurations to change the baud rate to the values you requested for
