MSP-EXP432E401Y: MSP-EXP432E401Y Launchpad USB to TPD4S012DRYR connection.

I'm designing a circuit including USB 2.0  with reference MSP-EXP432E401Y schematic. I have one question about the Launchpad schematic.

I can't understand why the connection is unmatched. Could you explain the reason?
