LP-MSPM0L1306: SPI communication SDK example

Not sure, but do you have any way to look for the signals (logic probe, oscilloscope)?

Seems like PICO is exactly as expected no problem there. POCI however is doing weird things. 

The first reply is correct, but the following replies send data which is never defined in thw software. The 2nd reply should be 0x15 0x16 and the 3rd should be 0x0C.

The behavior would seem to indicate the G3507 (Peripheral) is loading the first few bytes correctly into its SPI TXBUF, but the following bytes are not.

Since these examples come from the SDK, have you modify the original example code, or is this the behavior without any modifications? If you did make modifications and your code is small enough, can you post the G3507 peripheral code it and I'll take a look.

I only made the following change:

I added continous read commands inside the while(1) in the code of the controller board.

But not even the commands before the while loop get correct results

Here is the full SPI communication before the while loop. Note that Channel 02 is MISO and Channel 3 is MOSI

Inside the while loop, only the first command is sent and then the controller waits for an interrupt, doing nothing.

Okay, so it sounds like increasing the delay between when the Controller performs the reads is giving the Peripheral the extra time that is needed to populate its TX buffer with the correct values.

Was that your only issue?
